Spain Residency by Investment Program

Why Choose Spain?

Spain is one of Europe’s most captivating destinations — known for its vibrant cities, Mediterranean lifestyle, and breathtaking architecture. From the bustling streets of Madrid and Barcelona to the tranquil coastal towns and sun-soaked islands, Spain offers an extraordinary quality of life that blends culture, comfort, and opportunity.
The country’s world-class infrastructure, modern healthcare system, and excellent education make it one of the top choices for investors and families seeking European residency.

About the Spain Residency Program

At TrueStep Immigration, we provide expert guidance for individuals and families aspiring to secure Spain residency through investment.
The Spain Golden Visa Program offers non-EU citizens the opportunity to obtain residency by making a qualifying investment in real estate, business, or government bonds. This program is designed for investors who wish to live, work, or travel freely across the Schengen Zone while enjoying Spain’s exceptional lifestyle and benefits.

Investment Options for Spain Residency

To qualify for the Spain Residency by Investment Program, applicants can choose from the following options:

  1. Real Estate Investment – Purchase residential or commercial property worth at least €500,000.

  2. Capital Investment – Invest €1,000,000 in shares of a Spanish company or as a bank deposit.

  3. Government Bonds – Invest €2,000,000 in Spanish state bonds.

These options make Spain one of the most flexible and investor-friendly residency destinations in Europe. The residency permit extends to the main applicant, their spouse, dependent children, and parents.

Types of Spain Residency Permits

Spain offers two primary pathways for investors to obtain residency:

  • Investor Residency Permit (applied in Spain)
Granted for 2 years initially and renewable for 5-year extensions, provided the investment is maintained.

  • Golden Visa (applied through a Spanish Consulate)
Issued for 1 year, renewable for 5 years with continued investment. This route also allows the holder to reside and work in Spain.
